Before we even started, David made sure we had all the necessary documents ready to make our offer attractive. This helped as once we made the offer, we were ready and prepared without any worries. David was very professional throughout the entire process and made sure that everything moved fast and efficiently from the showings, to putting in the actual offer. David truly cares about doing a great job and he did that by making sure that everything was in our best interest. Even once everything was finalized he was still there for us to make sure that the move in went smoothly. Overall I would highly recommend anyone looking to secure the home of their dreams to work with David as their agent. We worked with another agent before and we were unsuccessful.
