Before we even started, David made sure we had all the necessary documents ready to make our offer attractive. This helped as once we made the offer, we were ready and prepared without any worries. David was very professional throughout the entire process and made sure that everything moved fast and efficiently from the showings, to putting in the actual offer. David truly cares about doing a great job and he did that by making sure that everything was in our best interest. Even once everything was finalized he was still there for us to make sure that the move in went smoothly. Overall I would highly recommend anyone looking to secure the home of their dreams to work with David as their agent. We worked with another agent before and we were unsuccessful. After we found David, he showed us what an agent having your back looked like, and that his number one priority was for us to find a place that was perfect for us. I recently signed a commercial lease through David. It was the first time in my life that I rented a commercial place to do business, so I didn't know much. Unlike Residence real estate, commercial contracts were really not easy. Most of the owners of the counterpart's realtors or shopping malls …I recently signed a commercial lease through David. It was the first time in my life that I rented a commercial place to do business, so I didn't know much. Unlike Residence real estate, commercial contracts were really not easy. Most of the owners of the counterpart's realtors or shopping malls did not give a response right away, and there were a lot of ridiculous time delays. However, David always soothed me, and he understood my situation with a quick response every moment. There are so many Realtors these days that people firmly believe that they are making real estate contracts based on the knowledge I know. I was one of those people. However, I fully realized this time why I have to meet a good realter to make things clear. I'm not writing his review in a formal way.
