I recently signed a commercial lease through David. It was the first time in my life that I rented a commercial place to do business, so I didn't know much. It was the first time in my life that I rented a commercial place to do business, so I didn't know much. Unlike Residence real estate, commercial contracts were really not easy. Most of the owners of the counterpart's realtors or shopping malls did not give a response right away, and there were a lot of ridiculous time delays. However, David always soothed me, and he understood my situation with a quick response every moment.There are so many Realtors these days that people firmly believe that they are making real estate contracts based on the knowledge I know. I was one of those people. However, I fully realized this time why I have to meet a good realter to make things clear. I'm not writing his review in a formal way.
